Alejandra Spalletti leads Finance and Corporate Services at Global Community Alliance Inc. (GCA), contributing strong capabilities in accounting, administration, organisational planning and community engagement.

Originally from Argentina and now based in New South Wales, Alejandra completed a degree in Public Accounting, developing professional skills in financial organisation, management, reporting and planning. Her structured and detail-focused approach supports responsible financial administration and effective organisational operations.

In her role at GCA, Alejandra assists with budgeting, bookkeeping coordination, payment processing, financial records, accounts payable and receivable, grant financial administration and the preparation of information for organisational reporting. She also supports corporate services such as administrative systems, governance documentation, internal procedures and operational coordination.

Alejandra is committed to helping GCA maintain transparent, accountable and sustainable financial practices. Working closely with the CEO, Management Committee and project teams, she helps ensure that organisational resources are managed carefully and that financial processes support GCA’s programs, partnerships and community objectives.

Alongside her accounting background, Alejandra trained in Argentina as a Recreation and Leisure Coordinator. She has several years of experience coordinating group and recreational activities, through which she developed valuable skills in leadership, creativity, communication and working with people of different ages and backgrounds.

Alejandra has also volunteered in the coordination of activities for Sydney’s Spanish-speaking community, creating welcoming and inclusive opportunities for participation, learning and social connection. This experience gives her a valuable understanding of both the administrative requirements of a community organisation and the people its services are designed to support.

Through her Finance and Corporate Services role, Alejandra brings together financial discipline, organisational skills and a genuine commitment to community wellbeing. Her contribution helps GCA strengthen its internal capacity, meet its responsibilities and build a sustainable foundation for future growth.
